Fiz este tutorial em resposta ao pedido da *anneray182 mas vale lembrar que não sou a melhor pintora, muito menos a melhor em sombras e luzes, mas vou tentar.
1 - A primeira coisa a fazer é escolher a imagem. Use uma imagem contrastada, onde o escuro é escuro e o claro é claro. Se quiser, pode usar a sequência Image (Imagem) - Adjustment (Ajustes) - Levels (Níveis) para deixar o branco mais branco e o preto mais preto.
Vou usar uma imagem da Mônica para ilustrar. Indico salvar a imagem em PSD (Image - Save - PSD) porque fica mais fácil. Caso você precise parar a pintura ou sair por um tempo - ou caso
